Midwestern Healthcare & Rehabilitation is a hidden treasure in Wichita Falls, Texas. At Midwestern Healthcare & Rehabilitation, we offer long-term and respite care with 24-hour skilled nursing services. Our residents receive Physical, Occupational and Speech Therapy in our on-site Rehab gym. We have state-of-the art equipment and utilize a variety of therapies including moist heat, paraffin and ultrasound.
Residents will be taken back to another era in our on-site beauty salon. We have a handicap transportation van for resident outings and appointments. Activities are designed to cater to residents’ needs with special events going on all the time. Nutritious, full-flavored meals are served daily in our large dining room and residents can also enjoy a nightly snack before bedtime. Residents can sit outside in our lovely garden and enjoy the panoramic view of Wichita Falls.
Midwestern Healthcare & Rehabilitation specializes in short-term rehabilitation care. Our Rapid Recovery Unit includes private rooms, complete with television and phones, and are designed to accommodate the post-operative patient.
Dental, Vision and Podiatry services are provided on and off site. We also offer IV therapy and specialized wound care. X-Ray, Lab and Pharmacy services are provided on site at Midwestern Healthcare. Our nursing staff also specializes in Diabetic care.
Midwestern Healthcare & Rehabilitation is Medicare and Medicaid certified.
