Two fun events aimed at helping fund research in the hopes of finding a cure for cancer are on tap tonight and tomorrow.
The first is The American Cancer Society's Relay For Life in Wilbarger County.
It takes place at The Covered Events Center in Vernon, starting tonight at 6 and runs until tomorrow morning at 6.
Also tomorrow, is an event with a lot of pooch power.
The annual "Bark For Life" promises to be a howling success.
All dogs, and their human friends are invited to the event at Tom Griffin Park in Olney.
The event kicks off Saturday morning at 10.
Registration is $10 for the first dog and $5 for each additional dog and owner combo.
All proceeds benefit The American Cancer Society and The Relay For Life in Olney.
