Beach Ready Body Workout

        Spring has sprung, which means warmer weather and shorter hem lines. Here are some moves to get that bikini body, and all you need is a sturdy chair.

        Start with chest presses, they're basically push ups on the chair. If your hands are farther apart, you'll work your biceps and your core. Put them closer together to work the back of your arms.

        Next, modified crunches. Sit in the chair and use your abs to push your legs out.

            Another great chair work out is chair lunges. Place your foot on the chair and do lunches. Lou Hodges with Planet Fitness says this move works your glutes and hamstrings. Make sure your knee doesn't go over your ankle when you lunge.

        Finally, use the seat of the chair and step up. Hodges says this move will work your glutes.

        Hodges says, "Do those workouts 3 times a week, 15 repetitions and you'll definitely see it, but you've got to stay on track with your diet."

        She says to eliminate sugar, or keep it under 15 grams. Also, watch your sodium and drink lots of water to be ready to hit the beach!
