A women who may be the oldest living person in Texas is preparing to take part in a study on aging.
Effie Caffee was born in 1902.

Caffee's family tells us, Boston School of Medicine wants to include her in a research study to determine what genes allow some to live much longer than others.
The study has been in existence for 15 years.
And Caffee's family says all it it requires from her is a blood sample, which will be taken within the next few weeks.
