Her husband said she left her home on Polk Street, and was never seen again.
Wichita Falls Police have classified the case as a missing person.
To help raise awareness about the disappearance, Danielle's family is hosting an event Saturday at Scotland Park in Wichita Falls.
Danielle's mother, Balynnda Dillard, said she needs the community's help to give Danielle's daughter some answers about what happened to her mother.
"She has to have some answer," said Dillard, "she needs closure if Danielle is no longer here, or she needs her mommy home. One of the two."
"A Shining Hope for Danielle" will take place Saturday at Scotland Park in Wichita Falls.
It will start at 1:30 in the afternoon and continue until 5:30pm.
Cost to get in is just $5, which buys you dinner, dessert, and a beverage.
In addition to a raffle, live music will also be provided.
All proceeds will go to the "Danielle Alvarado Benefit Fund."
