The deputy say the man was seen getting into a vehicle and driving through the doors of the shop ramming the deputy's patrol car twice.
The pursuit ended at a gas station near lakeside city and authorities say the man started running again jumping over fences.
Officers say they pepper- sprayed the man in the backyard of a daycare center but he got into a car that was left unattended and started driving away again.
Lt. Simon Dwyer with the Archer County Sheriffs office says, "Fortunately nobody got hurt and all we have is one county unity that's been wrecked Wichita PD really came through for us and we got him before he could burglarize anymore residents".
The driver is now in the archer county jail.
