Arrest Made in Yesterday's Wells Fargo Robbery

Wichita Falls Police make an arrest in the Wells Fargo bank robbery that happened yesterday during the noon hour.

Late this afternoon, police say they arrested 25 year-old Terrance Oliphant at an apartment complex in the 52-hundred block of Professional Drive.

Police had been searching for a suspect they say robbed the downtown branch of the Wells Fargo bank yesterday, and investigators had asked other businesses in the area to check their surveillance tapes to see if the suspect had been to other locations during that same time frame.

Oliphant is in the Wichita County Jail and is facing charges of aggravated robbery.
