Parker was sentenced to one year for helping convicted killer Randolph Dial escape in 1994. The van they drove out of the Granite State Reformatory was found in Wichita Falls, and 11 years later they were found living on a chicken ranch in East Texas.
Prosecutors said she and Dial fell in love and planned the escape. Her attorneys argued unsuccessfully she was taken and held against her will.
Parker wants to appeal her conviction but her attorney said she cannot afford the 100-thousand dollars cost for transcripts of one of Oklahoma's longest trials ever.
