Bugs will take center stage tomorrow during River Bend Nature Center's annual BugFest.
The event is an educational evening that allows kids and adults to get face to face with bugs and learn about how important they are to the environment.
And coordinators say this year, Oklahoma State University is bringing back its huge collection of insects.
"So they're bringing stick bugs and giant millipedes and things you will never ever, ever see in Texas but are still cool, nonetheless. It's not something we can do cause we're all native nature center however, this is a special event and we want to celebrate bugs and this is a great way to do it," says Jennica Howes with River Bend Nature Center.
BugFest is tomorrow from 6 to 9 p.m. at River Bend Nature Center on Third Street.
Admission is $5 for non-members, $4 for members and free for children ages 2 and under.
