A Wichita Falls children's home receives a gift today, thanks to some motorcycle enthusiasts and generous people across Texoma. Members of the Patriot Guard Riders and Bikers Against Child Abuse, or "BACA", participated in a weekend fundraiser hosted by The Arbor House, which is an assisted living community. Today, a representative from The Arbor House gave a $200 check to the Children's Aid Society. According to Sheila Catron Choate from The Children's Aid Society : "We're going to use the event to help our children's recreational fund. it's getting close to the holiday season, so were going to take the kids out to some cultural events in the community, like the circus & the fair.. some of the things you take your own children to." The Arbor House says it's planning another event soon... called the "Haunted House Carnival".
