The lack of rain has a Clay County town requiring residents to conserve water even more.
Today, Petrolia officials implemented Stage 4 of the town's Drought Contingency plan.
According to Mayor Bill Holmberg, here's what that means for Petrolia residents.

Resident's cannot use city water to fill their swimming pools.
