Community Health Care Center provided its patients with a different service today; food service.
Center officials grilled up about 300 hot dogs for patients and staff members and provided them with a free lunch.
Coordinators say today's meal was to commemorate National Healthcare Week.
"For us, it's also an opportunity to give back to the community that made our success possible. Our board, our volunteers. Our staff. Our patients and the general public. So, it's something that we look forward to hosting for our staff a the public and we know they enjoy it, as well," says Brett Moyer, community relations coordinator at Community Healthcare Center.
In addition to the free lunch, coordinators also provided patients with information on dental, health and other services provided by Community Healthcare Center.
