Three Altus children remain hospitalized after being critically injured two days ago during a rollover accident.

But hospital officials say the condition of one of the young crash victims is improving.

Oklahoma Highway Patrol officials say a car containing three young girls crashed just before 7 p.m. Thursday near Duke, rolled several times and ejected the children.

All were flown to the Children's Hospital at Oklahome University Medical Center.

Tonight, hospital officials say 15 month old Rosalio Chavez has improved from critical to fair condition but they say the conditions of 9 year old Mylea Renteria and 11 year old Maria Renteria remain critical.
