Country Music Legend Glen Campbell Has Died at Age 81


Popular country music legend Glen Campbell has died at the age of 81. Born in Billstown, Arkansas, Campbell, was the seventh of twelve children, and he learned to play the guitar from his Uncle, who had a band called Dick Bills and the Sandia Mountain Boys.

During his 50 years in the music industry, Campbell produced 70 albums, sold 45 million records, won 12 Gold Albums, four Platinum, and one Double Platinum. He also had a total of 80 songs hit various charts, with 29 of them hitting the top ten.
