A fourth suspect in the theft and destruction of a painted horse is arrested.
Calvin Wayne Rickman is jailed on a charge of theft over 15-hundred and 20-thousand dollars.
A Devol man also faces the same charge, while two women are charged with possession of stolen merchandise.
"Miss Silver Buckle", a fiberglass horse, was taken in front of Tangles Salon about 2 weeks ago.  The next day police received a Crime Stoppers tip and say they found the horse cut into pieces in a closet of the women's apartment.
A surveillance camera captured the theft of the horse.  Two people were seen rocking the horse back and forth until it tipped over, and later, loading it into a vehicle and driving off with its concrete base still attached.
