Experts there say now is the time to open up a business because of the improving economy.
"I think right now the financial market have opened up a little bit more, so I think now would be a good time if you have an idea or small business actually try and open one now," said Larry Ruggiano, Small Business Specialist.
Ruggiano travels across the state with this forum. He says often times many small business owners don't know about the different ways the community can help their businesses grow.
