If your pet is not spayed or neutered, the Humane Society of Wichita County is making an offer you can't refuse.
They will spay and neuter your pets, free of charge.
The shelter is teaming with P.E.T.S. Low Cost Spay & Neuter Clinic to perform the surgeries.
And it's being made possible through a Department of State Health Services grant.
The grant will cover 600 surgeries performed by the end of August and so far only 246 have been done.
The grant is for pet owners in Archer, Clay, Jack, Montague, Wichita, Wilbarger, Baylor and Young Counties.
To sign up, call the P.E.T.S. Clinic at (940) 723-7387 and ask for the Humane Society's Beat the Heat grant.
