Hometown Heroes Receive Checks

Casinos deal with cash flow all the time. It's the life blood of the gaming industry. But tonight, Kiowa Casino's "Hometown Heroes" event made it possible for different organizations to receive a check. The Wichita Falls and Burkburnett Police Departments and four different fire departments: Wichita Falls, Grandfield, Randlett and Burkburnett all received a check. And so did The American Red Cross, United Way, Children's Aid Society, Faith Mission, Wichita County Sheriff's Office and two other sheriff's offices.

Here's the complete list of those receiving checks: Cotton County Sheriff's Office, Grandfield Sheriff/Fredrick County, Wichita Falls Police and Fire Departments; Burkburnett Police and Fire Departments; Grandfield Fire Department; Randlett Fire Department; American Red Cross; United Way; Children's Aid Society; Faith Mission; Boys & Girls Club (Burkburnett); Wichita County Sheriff's Office
