Interfaith Ministries Thanks its Volunteers for Service

Interfaith Ministries played host at a dinner Tuesday night honoring at least 100 volunteers. Interfaith Ministries offers a lifeline to families who struggle financially because of medical emergencies, loss of employment, car repair, or other unexpected expenses. Volunteers do everything from answering phones to dishing out spaghetti at the Hotter 'N Hell Hundred Feed.
"It's over 8,000 hours from the volunteers to the board members and all the other things that people to throughout the year for us. We appreciate so much the time and energy that they put in for what we do here at Interfaith, without them we wouldn't be able to open the doors," said Jean Payne, Interfaith Ministries.
Payne says they are always needing more volunteers. If you are interested, call at 322- 1365.
