In March, Former Officer Teddie Whitefield waived his right to a jury trial and entered judicial confessions to three counts of criminally negligent homicide.
Investigators say Whitefield was driving at least 80 miles an hour without lights or siren on Jacksboro Highway when he crashed into a car carrying 13- year- old Gloria Montoya and 18- year- old Yeni Lopez, who was eight months pregnant at the time.
Police confirmed it was the second accident Whitefield was involved in that night.
Assistant District Attorney, John Gillespie says no plea bargain will be offered in this case.
The bench trial will be conducted before 30th District Court Judge Bob Brotherton, who will decide if Whitefield is guilty of manslaughter or criminally negligent homicide.
