Wichita Falls, TX. - Shoppers from all around Texoma got to cash in on some great deals this weekend at texoma's biggest yard sale.
The US Hwy 82/287 Yard Sale stretched more than 400 miles across Texas and Oklahoma.
Residents of Texoma towns along the route sold their items at sidewalk sales, flea markets and farmers markets.
Maps were handed out in each participating town to highlight places on the list.
Toys, clothes and furniture were all on display.
The yard sale gave families a fun way to explore local towns and helped give the wichita falls downtown area some extra business.
"Anything to get the public downtown is an important event so people need to take heed of that and take advantage of it so that you don't have to travel to the metroplex to enjoy yourself, have a family outing and it's free," says Downtown Lost and Found Antiques owner Ruth Ann Insalaco.
