Competency records of an Altus man authorities say led them to his wife's body years after he killed and buried her are expected to be reviewed tomorrow.

A review of those records was originally set for last month, but the report was not available, so it was reset for tomorrow.

Other proceedings in the case are on hold until the competency question is ruled on.

Garland Allen is charged with second-degree murder of his wife Tracy.

Altus Police Chief Tim Murphy says in December, Allen led authorities to his wife's remains in a remote area north of Snyder, near Tom Steed Reservoir.

District Attorney John Wampler believes Tracy may have been killed in 2001 during an argument in Allen's trailer.
