Accused Stalker Who Allegedly Sent Hundreds of Messages a Day is Arrested

A woman accused of stalking and harassing another woman since at least 2013, sometimes hundreds of times a day via messaging, has now been arrested.

32 year old Claude Esperanza Travers has bonds of $27,500.

The victim told police Travers has been harassing her since 2013 with graphic sexual messages and photos, has taken photos of herself in front of the victim's home and left items at her front door.

The woman says she has asked Travers numerous times to stop, and police also in the past contacted her to stop. She also changed her phone number and email, but the messages continued.

Charges were then filed last June and an indictment listing  20 specific incidents of harassment was returned in December.

The victim told police there were hundreds of Facebook messages on a daily basis, some with explicit photos.
