Archer County investigators say no charges have been filed in an ongoing dispute over  property lines that escalated Friday afternoon into a fight over a gun.

Around 3 p.m., Archer County deputies were called to a home in the 1100 block of Decker Road just south of Lake Wichita.

Officials say the elderly homeowner pulled a gun on a private tree cutting crew that was hired by the neighbor who lives behind him.

Officials say the two homeowners have disputed for some time over where their individual property begins and the easement ends.

Officials say the elderly man did not fire any shots but did struggle with a tree crew member over the gun, in which both received cuts and scratches.

Because of the ongoing property dispute Archer County investigators plan to submit the case to the grand jury and make any arrests if and when the grand jury returns an indictment.
