Clay County sheriff officials say 27-year-old Nicholas Tyler Coleman is no Saint Nick. He's facing two charges of burglary of a habitation.
Arrest records show a Clay County deputy picked Coleman up early this morning wearing dark clothes and a black bandana on his face, carrying a backpack.
He allowed the deputy to search the backpack and a number of items reported stolen from a home on Pitts Road were found inside. Coleman was arrested and bond is set at 100-thousand dollars.
