It's been perfect weather for one breed of dog that loves water and around 1500 of them will be arriving this weekend for the Golden Retriever National Specialty Show and Competition the next 10 days.

It also celebrates the 75 anniversary of the Golden Retriever club of America.

The tracking competition will be held Sunday on the Black Dog Ranch near Henrietta.

Show and obedience competition begins Monday at the MPEC in Wichita Falls and runs through next Saturday.

Retrieving events will be on the Boddy Ranch near Henreitta next Sunday through Wednesday.

All events are free and open to the public. But if you want to shop for all kinds of dog goodies and supplies, they will have them at all the locations.
