It may still be in the early stages of renovation, but tonight the Zales Building in downtown Wichita Falls started its comeback.
Downtown proud purchased the building in September and since then members have been working to revitalize the 100 year old building.
Guests were invited to enjoy local musicians and works of art as tours of the building were given.
Those involved with the restoration say residents of Wichita Falls are starting to take notice of their effort and excitement is growing.
"It shows hope for what the future of downtown can be and should be. I think a lot of residents that live down here are getting excited, I heard a number of folks today interested to see what is going on behind the doors,” said Downtown Proud Board Member Kevin Bazner.
