At least six arrested after warrants served

WICHITA FALLS - At least six arrests were made after search warrants were served by Wichita Falls SWAT and organized crime units at homes on Central Freeway and Roanoke.

Several units participated in the warrants at a home in the 1900 block of Central Freeway on Friday. Officers said they found 72 grams of meth in the kitchen, as well as a digital scale. They also found at least one handgun. Pierra Arielle Boardingham, William Peter Boardingham and Melvin Larry Walker are charged with manufacture or delivery of a controlled substance. Walker is also charged with unlawful possession of a firearm and possession of cocaine. Bonds on the possession of a controlled substance were set at $25,000.

A few hours after the raid on Central Freeway, numerous police units converged on a residence in the 2700 block of Roanoke. It appears three men there were charged with possession of marijuana under two ounces and at least one was arrested for theft of a firearm.
