Attorneys Reach Plea Agreement in Murry Agg. Assault Case

Attorneys reach a plea agreement in probation revocation case of a teenager charged with the 2008 shooting of another teen, but they'll have to wait a couple months to see if the judge will accept that agreement.
Christopher Murry was given 10 years probation for the shooting of another teen in Bridwell Park with a shotgun.
He had a probation revocation hearing today in 89th District Court.
That's when attorneys announced they reached a plea agreement of seven years in prison.
They'll present that agreement to Judge Mark Price on Dec. 12, and he will determine Murry's punishment.
Members of the district attorney's office say Murry violated several terms of probation, including not reporting to his supervision officer, failing to provide proof of community service hours served, and failing to pay supervision and Crime Stopper fees.
