Bell enters race for councilor-at-large

WICHITA FALLS - Wichita Falls native Brendan Bell entered the race for councilor-at-large on Friday.

In an email, Bell said he strongly supports downtown revitalization and is working with local investors on the acquisition of multiple downtown properties.
