Bond Set for Man Who Hid in Attic from Deputies

Bond is set for a man who hid in his attic to get away from authorities trying to arrest him on a sealed indictment for sexual assault.
Last night around five, Wichita County Sheriff David Duke says deputies tried to arrest 29-year-old Ray Garcia Pesina in a home off Avenue C and Britain .
Sheriff Duke says Garcia refused to come out of the home.
He says when SWAT members entered, they found a little boy hiding in a closet.
    He was not injured.
Duke says Garcia hid in the attic and was threatening to commit suicide, so SWAT tried to used gas to get him out.
He says the man came out through a vent on the side of the house and tried to reach for power lines.
That's when deputies shot him twice with a bean bag shot gun, and he fell back with his legs crashing through the ceiling.
Garcia is in the Wichita County Jail on a $78,500 bond.
He also had nine outstanding warrants.
