Brothers Jailed After Using a Baseball Bat and Knife on Each Other During Fight

Two Wichita Falls brothers face aggravated assault charges after a reported argument about dogs leads to a fight with a baseball bat and knife.

23-year-old Demarcus Pugh and 25-year-old Napoleon Pugh were charged with family violence charges, despite telling police they did not want to file charges.

Police say Napolean Pugh told them they had been arguing at a residence on Avenue R yesterday morning when his brother grabbed a small bat and began hitting him.

They say Napolean told them he grabbed a knife to defend himself. Officers say Demarcus had stab wounds in the thigh, arm and back, while Napolean suffered some cuts, bruises and one puncture wound on his arm.

Both were treated at the hospital before being booked into jail.
