Chris Lane Murder Trial Attorneys Accused of Violating Gag Order

A court date is set for two attorneys, representing one of the three teens accused in the murder of the Australian baseball player Christopher Lane.

James Berry and Howard Berry Junior will go before a judge later this month for allegedly violating a gag order. They're accused of speaking to the media outside the courtroom after the preliminary hearing for their client, Chancey Luna, on February 4th.

In August, after three teens were arrested following Christopher Lane's murder, a gag order was placed on the case. Both attorneys have pleaded not guilty. They will appear before the judge April 28th at ten a.m.
