Thirty-six year-old Michael Christian is set to be sentenced Oct. 19 in the 78th District Court.
He was arrested in March after he scammed several out-of-state businesses of nearly $23-thousand in merchandise.
An arrest affidavit Christian made up a fake school called Hamilton School, with an address matching Christian's Wichita Falls home.
Five different companies say they received purchase orders from the school, and they shipped products but never received payment.
Christian was employed at Bright Ideas Charter School.
He also did work for WFISD and MSU.
Court documents show he has a record in Wichita County dating back to 1994 that includes several thefts; one for over $20-thousand.
