Restoration continues on a historic home in Wichita Falls, that always entertains this time of year.

Work began last year with crews repairing the Kell House's foundation.

The second phase will includes replacing the columns on the front of the house, adding a new coat of paint, and other exterior fixes.

Kell House officials hope to have the restoration complete in about three years.

"We are currently looking at how much it is going to cost and looking for bids, and hopefully next year we will begin fund-raising," said museum curator, Stacie Flood.

And while those at Kell house plan to fund-raise, they're also giving tours for the season.

The Kell Museum Santa House 2013 opened Tuesday and runs through next Friday, December 13th.

Kids can visit with 'Good Old Saint Nick, as he reads a story.

They can also get something sweet from Mrs. Claus in the kitchen.

Admission is $3 per person.

Children two and under get in free.
