That's according to a Bureau of Business and Government research report. 3,000 residents were surveyed and overall outlook rose slightly from last quarter.

The report also showed consumer confidence is up slightly but residents plan on spending less money than in previous quarters. According to the report, residents' optimism for the local economy is higher than for the national economy.
