District Attorney Staley Heatly says 59 year old Marcus Villa Ramon received two years probation and must repay $2,862 and pay a $1,000 fine, plus complete 100 hours of community service.
Heatly says school employees noticed money began to disappear from the bag that was kept in a locked room. The Foard County Sheriff's Office set up a game camera in the room and say Ramon was seen at about 4 am one morning opening the file cabinet where the bag was kept.
Heatly says Ramon first denied taking money but admitted it when shown the photographs. Ramon said he needed the money for heart medication.
