It's not a done deal yet, but plans are moving forward to bring a new company into the old Saint Gobain Vetrotex building.

In the economic report, the Chamber of Commerce announced Eagle Rail Car is planning to put in a rail car refurbishment center on the former Vetrotex property.

Once everything is finalized, the company expects to create 64 jobs over the next 3 years.

The city will, in turn, provide incentives of nearly 900,000 in 4a dollars to the company.

The report included that Ulm Corporation, an oil field trucking company, will be creating 372 new jobs and Nocona Trucking is expanding current operations with 64 jobs.
