Eleven people have been charged and 4 more are being sought after an undercover investigation involving 7 law agencies in Jackson and Harmon Counties of Oklahoma.

Officers issued a search warrant Friday morning on Crain Street in Altus, and began arresting suspects across the two counties. Eight suspects ages 21 to 79 were arrested and charged with distribution of a controlled dangerous substance.

Three were arrested on outstanding warrants. District Attorney John Wampler of the third district says the arrests are part of the stepped up efforts begun several months ago to bring street level drug dealers into custody.
