Escapee of Iowa Park Police Behind Bars

- A man who escaped Iowa Park police custody earlier this week is now behind bars in the Wichita County Jail.

Authorities say 18-year-old David Duggins somehow escaped custody at the Iowa Park Police Department Wednesday.

They've been looking for him since, but he was booked into jail around 6:30 this morning.

Duggins is charged with tampering with or fabricating physical evidence, assault causing bodily injury, assault on a public servant, and escape.

His bonds total more than $40-thousand.
