The lone surviving person police believed to be involved in the killing and cover-up of a Wichita Falls woman is now in the Wichita County Jail.
Fifty-seven year-old Robert Alvarado was booked in around 2:30 this afternoon.
Bond has not yet been set.
Alvarado was arrested in his hometown of Abilene last week and held on $250,000  bond on a charge of tampering with or fabricating physical evidence.
Police say he admitted helping his son Jonathan remove and bury the body of Jonathan's wife, Danielle Alvarado,  in  Jan. 2010.
Danielle's body was found buried in Burnett Park off FM 368 on Oct. 19.
Police say when questioned after the recovery of Danielle's body, Robert Alvarado told them his son stabbed Danielle to death inside their home in the 17-hundred block of Polk St.
According to the affidavit, he and his son moved her body into a bedroom and kept it there two days, while he, his son, and his wife stayed there, and that Robert and his son wrapped Danielle's body in trash bags and a tarp and buried it in the secluded park.
Jonathan Alvarado took his own life in Sept 2011.
    His mother is also dead.
