Police say the fifth and final man involved in a March shooting and aggravated robbery of a Wichita Falls homeowner is now behind bars.
Gregory Berry is jailed on several other charges, too, including evading arrest, burglary, possession of drugs, and bond violations.
Police say just before midnight on March 14th, five men drove to a home on Avenue K.
The resident says he knew three of them and let them inside.
Police say the men pulled guns and took property and money from the people inside the home and as the three that went inside left, they began shooting, firing at least eight times.
An 18-year-old man on the porch was shot and wounded.
This marks the third arrest for Gregory Berry this year.
He and another teen were arrested in January when officers say they found cocaine and drugs inside a residence on Fillmore.
Then he and his twin brother were arrested by the Wichita County Sheriff's Special Response Unit and District Attorney's Drug Enforcement Unit in a drug investigation.
That's after officers say they confiscated meth, scales, pipes, money and a 12 gauge shotgun at another home on Fillmore.
