The last of four former Sheppard Air Force Base employees indicted on conspiracy to defraud the government and conspiracy to unlawfully disclose and obtain sensitive information is sentenced today.
The fourth man charged in the scheme, Larry Ballard, who's of Wichita Falls, was an engineer for Sheppard.
He pleaded guilty to his charge and is sentenced to two years in federal prison, plus he'll have to pay more than $6000 in restitution.
Sheppard officials say Ballard and three other men men leaked sensitive information to friends so they could be awarded government contracts.
The indictment states the activity started around the mid-1990's and continued until about late April 2009.
In May, the three other men charged in this case were all sentenced to federal prison time as well.
