Fireworks Allowed in Archer County

The Fourth of July will sparkle with fireworks in Archer County this year. However, with the allowance to shoot fireworks come several restrictions that must be followed.

You must have permission from a landowner to shoot fireworks, a spotter over the age of 18, and you cannot discharge fireworks less than 50 feet away from any property line or right of way.

A violation of any rules in this order could result in a fine not to exceed $500.00.
