A former nurse accused of using her nursing home patients' names to obtain prescription information was also sentenced today.

Terri Sweatman pleaded guilty to fraud.

She's sentenced to four years deferred adjudication community supervision.

She'll also have to spend time in a treatment facility.

An arrest affidavit states that for a three-week period, Sweatman stole 125 pills while working at Texhoma Christian Care Center on Loop 11.

It states she called the pharmacy and said she had an order from the doctor and would then use the passport system to dispense the medication and keep it for herself.
