Two Fort Sill soldiers were killed Sunday in Afghanistan.

Fort Sill officials say 28-year-old Captain Jesse Ozbat of Virginia and 30-year-old 2nd Lieutenant Tobias Alexander of Lawton were killed by an improvised explosive device.

Both were assigned to the 168th Brigade Support Battalion, 214th Fires Brigade at Fort Sill.

Officials say the men were assigned to Security Force Advisory Teams, responsible for training Afghanistan's National Security Forces.
