Before Glass died, police say he made almost a dozen calls to 911 on a contraband cellphone. The first call, recorded by dispatch, came at 8:50 pm on January 19th and was followed by eight calls through 1:46 a.m. on the 20th. Most of those calls contained silence, but a few had a voice saying something that could not be understood.
Then, at 1:55 a.m., this chilling call was placed from Glass' cell phone, "911 what's the address of the emergency? (noise) Whether or not you're a dead man. Hang up. (noise)"
Six hours later, this call was made to 911 from a GEO prison officer, "We have a beat down. We have a serious head trauma."
Lawton police say Glass, a member of the Aryan Brotherhood White Supremacist gang, was taken to the prison infirmary, then to Southwestern Medical Center where he was pronounced dead.
