Grand Jury Indicts Woman Who Allegedly Used Knife to Rob Stripes

A man charged with aggravated assault family violence for allegedly firing a gun at his girlfriend will face trial on that charge.
An arrest affidavit states 28-year-old Michael Anthony Garcia was carrying a rifle when he kicked in the back door of the woman's home, located in the 53-hundred block of Montreal.
She told police he pushed her to the ground and when she got up to run away, he fired a shot.
    She got away unharmed.
Two men who police say stole an oilfield company's pickup and set it on fire will also go to trial.
Christopher Mayo and Michael Leroy are each indicted on an arson charge.
Officers say the men doused the truck in gasoline and set it on fire to get revenge on their former employer.

And the Wichita County Grand Jury also indicts a woman police say helped another woman rob a Stripes convenience store at knife point.
Crystal Perez will go to trial on the charge of aggravated robbery.
Police say on April 30, Perez and another woman robbed the Stripes on Holliday at knife point, then robbed a person at an ATM in the 27-hundred block of Midwestern Parkway.
