Grand Jury No-bills Man Charged in Stabbing

A man charged in connection with a stabbing in early August won't face trial.
The Wichita County Grand Jury returned a no bill for 38-year-old Michael David Stockwell.
He was originally charged with one count of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon.
Police say the charge was from an incident that happened August 3 behind 12-hundred Polk St.
Investigators say Stockwell stabbed another man in the neck.
The victim survived and was treated and released from the hospital.
Stockwell was jailed on a $15-thousand bond.
