- Area students are now well into their summer vacation and if they're bored, Habitat for Humanity has a way they can be put to work!

The non-profit is kicking off their first ever youth build this weekend.

Young people ages 16 to 25 are invited to help build a home for a Wichita Falls family in need.

Volunteers will work on the home throughout the summer and can lend a hand whenever they have free time

The youth build kicks off Saturday at 8 a.m.

Work on the house will continue Wednesdays through Saturdays at 8 in the morning for the rest of the summer.

To find out how to volunteer, call Chris de la Garza at Habitat for Humanity at (940) 716-9300.
